New York and New Jersey continue to show signs that the regional economy is rebounding, but both states still face a number of uncertainties and challenges, officials with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York said on Friday.
White-collar jobs in the professional and business sectors have been pushing the job growth in New York City. The city also continues to attract strong numbers of tourists, adding jobs in the leisure and hospitality industries.
